The moment you started blaspheming and swearing I stopped watching. It made me think you in ways are no better than the ones you are complaining about.

This is the first video in a looong time where I watched the whole thing in a single sitting without checking the time that has passed or my phone, without moving forward a few seconds, or getting distracted by the outside world. As my attention span slowly rots and the content I watch get less and less meaningful, it's such a pleasure to watch something that captured my attention this way and made such an impact on me.

I think the funniest part about this is that I was watching this on my PS5 instead of playing games

I just rewatched these movies after seeing this video awhile back and man they're a lot more fun if you just go with the idea that they are in fact wizards. Also the sequel definitely should've been called Now You See Me 2: Magic Boogaloo 😂

I know this is old but where does time come from in "In Time"? AFAIK the only way to create new time is to have a kid and raise them for 25 years, and that produces 1 year of time. Even if surviving day to day didn't cost extra time (for food, shelter, other expenses), the average person is going to live exactly to age 26. Any time they gain on top of that will have to be taken from someone else. It's hard to believe anyone could ever get so wealthy in this system when producing time is so inefficient.

when I was a kid I had this vhs tape of Scooby doo and monster of Mexico I loved that movie!, but man was scared of the chupacabras specially the intro scene where you just see his green eyes glowing in the dark and just hear him growling, I would hide, cover my ears, close my eyes, hum so I wouldn't hear the growling, you name it! but that never stopped me from watching that movie at least every week lmao

Never watched the sequel, I tend to worry about the quality of them, but I liked the first movie. I accepted it as stupid fun the whole time, so I never got too irritated when something unbelievable happened. I just "assumed" (read: pretended) there was some wonderful reason for their tricks that didn't involve magic that the audience was too stupid to know. The way the plot went, despite the unbelievable abilities they showcase, I inferred that none of the characters had any magical abilities. Though real magic *does* exist in this film's universe and it's showcased pretty much only with the "Eye" member's abilities right at the end. I'm not sure why they would specifically recruit magicians, the frauds of the entertainment industry, to become actual wizards, but idk... maybe they just figure they're better at convincing people what they do isn't real and can keep their secrets best? I suppose in that sense it's kind of brilliant. "A magician never reveals their secrets" being taken to the extreme by making them part of a secret society of spellcasters. Hang on, I'm gonna go watch the sequel now. Might as well, we're about to talk about it.

I also have to say I don't buy the story that ketchup is the precursor to tomato sauce. I think as soon as we discovered refined sugar we started making tomato sauce. There's no connection to the weird fish sauce thing except the name, and I don't call it ketchup so it's basically meaningless to me. I assume it's inspired by pasata or something that's actually made of tomatoes, and they just called it ketchup because apparently people like that word a lot.
